Waste

4. I promise to bring my own coffee cup to my coffee shop to eliminate the non-recyclable waste created from paper coffee cups.
5. I promise to bring my own reusable bags to the grocery store to reduce my use of plastic and paper bags.
6. I promise to pick up litter in my direct path of walking.
Food
1. I promise to buy locally grown food to decrease the amount of emissions produced transferring food.
2. I promise to buy organic food to reduce the use of chemicals and pesticides.
3. I promise to bring my own reusable bags to the grocery store to reduce my use of plastic and paper bags.

5.I promise to eat one vegetarian meal a week.
Materials and Products

1.I promise to reduce my use of plastic water bottles by re-using my water bottle and not purchasing plastics water bottles. For an average High School soccer team, this would save enough water bottles to cover over 30 tennis courts in one year.

3. I promise to purchase and use recycled paper for all of my printing needs.
