At the young age of 14 she competed in her first National Championships, making the national team by age 16. She has won three gold medals at the 2007 Canada Winter Games, and two gold medals at the 2009 Canadian Championships. Crawford posed for the 2009 Bold Beautiful Biathlon calender to raise money with fellow Biathletes to be able to to train and compete in her first Olympic appearance.
Rosanna Crawford competes in the Biathlon representing Canada, and started skiing as soon as she could walk (not surprising with having Chandra Crawford, Cross Country Olympian also as a sister!).
