At 23, the Twins made the US Biathlon team for Torino, but they contracted mono and were not at full strength. In Vancouver, however, the Barnes sisters will proudly represent the US as they combine the priceless experience from Torino with their top 25% ranking.

If trying to tell the twins apart, look for Tracy who will hold her hands in close while she skis, while Lanny will hold her hands far out. The twins also paint their rifles two separate colors.

Bio

Lanny and Tracey Barnes are twins on the US Balthlon team. Growing up in Durango, Colorado, these two women learned how to shoot at a very young age from their father, and then later took up skiing at first to stay in shape for their first sport they loved, soccer.
